About the Book
Join documentary photographer Dan Doucette on the water in northern Labrador as a family from Nain fishes to sustain themselves in an unforgiving wilderness. The pristine beauty of the region combined with traditional fishing practices creates a beautiful set of photographs that could easily be from a time long past.
Hardcover is definitely the nicer option and really makes the book shine, but Blurb prices are a bit steep (that's the nature of print on demand publishing - you never benefit from economy of scale) so I've also created a softcover option to help. Both versions are the same inside. On the outside however, the hardcover, complete with custom charcoal end sheets, is well worth the extra $14 if you can swing it. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
