Welcome to “Cleveland”…the mouse, not the city. Cleveland is an art teacher confronted with the problems and zaniness of the regular world. He has accidentally discovered that drinking water from a certain river will transform him into a rockstar. Voila! A comic strip of unlimited potential . Cleveland flits back and forth from the real world to the world of the rich and shameless. The drawings and copy are meant to cause not just smiles, but laughter.

The cast includes:
The Principal – A tightfisted, narrow-minded, sports-worshipper.
Broom – The school janitor and philosopher, who is a bit of a slouch at his job.
Cheeves – The traditional straight-laced butler.
Stick – Cleveland’s female interest.
And an ever growing cast of misfit children, all of which appear as mice.
