About the Book
Fay Mancuso was born in her parents native town Buffalo, New York. Prior to coming to the United States, Fay's paternal grandparents originated from Naples, Italy and her mate rnal grandparents from Palermo, Sicily. Her extensive culinary skills are partly due to the fact that many of her family members on both her mother and father’s side were restaurateurs. Fay, In addition to her exceptional skills in preparing extraordinary Italian food, as a hobby, she has gone to numerous cooking schools in Paris, New York, Los Angeles and several places in Italy where a variety of cuisines were taught. She has developed a reputation of being an exceptionally fine chef of Italian cuisine and has, over many years, cooked regularly for family and often for friends in the entertainment business as well as on occasion for heads of states - always with great passion and love for the art of preparing a meal. Fay Mancuso currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
