Diana Stetson is a painter with studios in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her primary medium is mixed media with oil on panel in large format. Additionally she works as a monotype artist at Hand Graphics in Santa Fe, to produce one of a kind works on paper. Stetson has won over 20 grants and awards for her work. Her museum venues have included Le Musée en Herbes in Paris, the Fine Art Museum in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, and Museum of Fine Art in Santa Fe. Currently Stetson is exploring how to create a bridge between her work as a painter and some of the pressing environmental issues facing us today.
