One day in the autumn of 2010 I stepped on to the beach in Dungeness, Kent. The sky was heavy in layers of black and bright white. Occasional bursts of sun picked out the artefacts that looked as if they'd been planted on the shingle in this surreal place in the UK. This book is a photographic record of my recent, successful submission for a Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society.

I was on the editorial team for the Royal Photographic Society's Portfolio One, Two and Three. I am the co-author of 'Ruth Ellis, My Sister's Secret Life', which is available on Amazon, and is about the last woman to be hanged in the UK in 1955.
