My length of service for one of the UK’s leading financial organisations has been 16 years, with an impressive track record of managing teams across the entire business. Proactive leadership has led to more confident and capable teams, improved team morale and an increase in business performance which has resulted in winning teams. I have been able to get the best out of my teams through setting a vision and engaging them. I also adapt my management style to suit the individual learning styles, aspirations, values and beliefs. I respect each team member’s challenges and concentrate on their strengths to achieve the team’s goals. My approach is consistent whatever the situation.
