About the Book
This booklet represents the best in self-help ideas and techniques for mind, body, and spirit that I have learned in 30 years of clinical work as a medical doctor, life coach, and researcher of self-help literature. My emphasis is on the power of the mind to choose whatever it desires, simply through deciding that it be so. Watching one's thoughts, and taking responsibility for one's experiences, aiming to be both positive, centred in NOW, and representing that which is closest to one's own TRUTH, is far and away the simplest formula.
