I made this book first, to show that there is a lot that goes into the production of a shoe and to show the artful side of shoes and their individual conception. Many shoes in this book have themes that were inspired by real events, people or objects. I set out to take pictures that give meaning to the shoe and showcase the shoe as a work of art.
