There are a huge number of amazing recipes which use some form of alcohol as a marinade, sauce or as a main ingredient to add flavour. In many recipes the alcohol is an essential component to create the desired chemical reaction in a dish. I have created a collection of my favourite recipes in this book that I hope you will enjoy!
All proceeds of this book will go to my niece Maddy Nicol. A brave little 5 year old girl currently battling cancer. The battle and war will be won soon!
