"Stasis" - A state of stability, in which all forces are equal
and opposing, therefore they cancel out each other.
"Stasis" - a set of symptoms indicating an internal
disturbance in both individuals and states.
This photobook contains 90 images shot over a period of 2 years in different locations both in Israel and in Greece. It acts as a tool for social and political commentary, allowing me to criticize the society in which I live in, using the basics of straight documentary photography.

i'm a 4th year photography student attending Hadassa College, Jerusalem, Israel. My main interest in fine art photography is making colored photos of urban landscapes and architecture using a medium format camera. I'm using the basics of straight photography and mainly acting as a critic to the society I live in. i'm mostly inspired by the great William Eggelston, Stephen Shore, Joel Sternfeld and Mitch Epstein "Reut(a)" is my 1st project which i gathered into a photobook. i'm 33 and I also have a previous degree in logistics. i worked in the logistics field for 5 years before deciding to turn to arts.
