Thank you for having an interest in my book! I am a 24 year old busy body just trying to find her place in this world. I hold a diploma in the Performing Arts and am currently half way through a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition. Obviously, I have a vast array of interests and am currently on a mission to fit them all into my life. Perhaps I should write and star in a musical about complex carbohydrates? When I was in high school, if you had asked me if I had any interest in nutrition or cooking, I would have looked at you with a puzzled stare and then snort in disbelief. It wasn't until I was serving at a vegan restaurant and taking on a vegetarian diet that my interest for healthy food and nutrtion began to bloom. After months of playing around in the kitchen, I decided I should start recording my creations. Initially meant to be just a simple document for family, my collection continued to grow and soon this cookbook was born and being sold as a fundraiser for a special charity.
