Every New Yorker has his or her own New York, and I have mine. Its capital is Central Park which for me is the heart of the city. I have lived near or around Central Park for the last quarter century and walk in and through it on a daily basis. There is hardly ever a day when I pass through it that I don't take photographs. There is always something to surprise and delight me there. I have taken photos of Central Park in all seasons and have documented its landmarks from close observation. This book is my tribute to the city I love and call home, New York.
