I grew up with a love to bake! I strived to learn many new skills along the way through my culinary experiences. I have taken several culinary classes as well as worked in many restaurants. I now have two beautiful children and a wonderful husband. We recently changed our eating habits to follow the "Primal" lifestyle. It has made a huge difference in the way we function and feel. I rejoice in other's happiness, so it was a natural course to share my new creations with others, to help create happiness in food!
