This book of poems is special to me. First they are a weird mix of my earliest and brand new poems, written between grief and grace. That is the half light, at least for me, and they are the product of them. The half light, that time between dark and dawn, used to host all of my bad times, depression and anxiety attacks always crashing the party. Now it is my favorite time to write, my peaceful time. It has also come to represent so many things to me - contemplation, transformation, renewal, forgiveness, (mainly of myself), meditation, strategy, a time for (gushy coming) learning and loving me.
