"CHINA: WOOD, FIRE, EARTH, METAL , WATER: A SLICE IN TIME" is the artist's visual journal that records a very small slice of time along China's vast history and culture. Much remains tradition but the country is building and changing at a speed that is almost impossible to believe or that is adequately covered in the west apart from national self-interest. The government, despite, braves the task of merging the Chinese concept of communism and Occidental capitalism. Writings from a plethora of ancient authors and contemporary ideas are found.
