About the Book
Become Your Own HERO is a workbook to guide your life toward strength, happiness, and self-love. The workbook will help you take charge of yourself and your destiny. There are 3 modalities used in this workbook. In my teaching experience, I understand that people are different when it comes to learning. The first modality is writing. Some people love to write and find it to be healing. I’ve included areas for the purpose of allowing you to brainstorm and have ideas flow from brain to pen. The second modality is artistic in nature. Some people express themselves through drawing and coloring. I’ve included pages for artwork and creative ways of finding your inner hero. The third modality is kinesthetic in nature. Many people learn best by doing so I have included meditations, yoga breathing, and mantras to help you. Pick the style that is right for you. I personally use all 3 because I need all 3 to learn and internalize information especially affirmations.

I am a Renaissance Soul who specializes in many areas. I am a life coach, educator/coach, storyteller/author, artist, advocate, and have a main interest in nature and healing of the soul. Serenity For The Soul mingles nature, art, love, and vulnerability together to create a sense of well-being. As a life coach, I developed this workbook based on my own experience with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and shame. For me, I had to work on the inside before I could find the energy and strength to work on my physical being. The workbook is designed to motivate and encourage healing both emotionally through creative arts, writing, and meditation and physically through exercise.
