About the Book
This book shows off several private gardens in Naperville, Illinois as well as the Cantigny Park gardens in Wheaton. Mary Anne Ostrenga and Team Fox volunteers hosted an annual Garden Walk and the gardens in the 2008 through 2012 Walks are beautifully depicted here along with the volunteers and homeowners. Proceeds from the Walks benefited the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and any profits from sales of this book will be donated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.

About the Creator
Richard Howe
Naperville, IL, USA
Sue and I are Rich Howe Photography. I started in photography in the 1970s with Polaroid SX-70 and Canon 35mm film cameras but I got serious about the technical aspects of the art when Sue gave me a digital SLR about the time they began to equal the quality of 35mm film. I took some college classes, studied several art and photography books, did some workshops with professional photographers, and made thousands of pictures. I was privileged to participate in a workshop with Nels Akerlund, a freelance photographer for magazines such as the National Geographic Society, The New York Times, and Architectural Record. Sue has a great "eye" for memorable scenes and is phenomenal at editing all my shots into a presentable collection.
