About the Book
This book is a simple but effective tool for developing and maintaining a daily meditation practice. The book is arranged in four themes: connection with self, acceptance, extension of the heart, peace. Each theme has seven lessons, one per page, so readers can read a lesson per day, changing themes each week, and repeat the cycle as they wish every 28 days.
