Like a warm, comforting visit, Polaroid Kitchen offers up visual treats and brief anecdotes that celebrate the everyday wonders of food and home. Captured through the unique media of Polaroid cameras and film, these photos provide an intimate glimpse of both the necessity and delights of food.
Therese Brown is a photographic artist, living east of the San Francisco Bay just north of Berkeley, California. Preferring to take her time with the things she loves, she uses a lot of film and long exposures. When not passing moments with a camera, she might be found passing them in the kitchen, garden, dojo, woods or at the shoreline.
