Book aimed at 5-7 year old girls. It talks about how people often feel bruised and broken on the inside, but how God is never done with people, and doesn't break a bruised reed, or snuff out a smouldering wick!
Also contains ideas for how to use the story to talk about faith.

I was born. I was a good kid. Then I kind of went missing mentally until I was about 20. Even I am not too sure where I was. Wherever it was, I had lots of practice writing, playing the piano, acting and thinking about God. Then I woke up, and I'd met a beautiful girl called Amanda Taylor, and we fell in love. Soppy love.

God re-introduced himself to me at about the same time. I think he's been pestering me for ages, but I must have had cheese in my ears. The three of us set off on an incredible adventure, and now we are four (a gift came in the form of a little girl in 2008). We aim to take over the world. Well, that's not actually honestly completely true - we aim to partner with Mr God as he takes over the world. We can't do everything now, can we!
