Set in the landscape of the Isle of Skye, this extended poem explores ideas of personal freedom, independence and the sense of belonging. It weaves the Scottish landscape with layers of myth, history, life and death. Richly illustrated with dramatic images of mountains, lochs and trees.
Brought up in the English Midlands, studied Fine Art at University of Edinburgh, worked as a studio artist in Birmingham for eight years, moved to Devon with wife, Sue. Nowadays, time is passed shuffling between projects in writing, lecturing on many aspects of spiritual well-being, silversmithing, woodcraft and composing ambient landscape music.
