I’m a chef number one and also The owner of the Terlingua Sauce Company also a member of the slow food society. My passions are British and Irish Pub’s and I’m a strong advocate of the preservation of that institution. My other passions include the dying art of western boot making, “Cowboy boots” I am one of 200 makers of hand made boots left in the world. I plan to write a book on that subject soon.
