The galaxy is now the new frontier for humanity, but they are not the only ones to have that claim. As the Human race finally broke through the barriers of both Earth and the Sol system, a galaxy wide community awaited them. Many species were discovered, but the one race that humanity shared a soul with, are the immortal Centurians. From the union of both Humans and Centurians came a new race, and these new beings possessed the power of the Centurians and the will of the Humans. The history of the new beings is short compared to that of humanity, and the immortals. One of these beings, a young woman named Irene, has lost her memories. As she, wakes up on a small island on a deserted water world she seeks answers to her past. But a tragedy has occurred involving humanity and the new beings, if left unchecked war could erupt between the two species. Irene, along with a Human doctor named Jimmy Kane Johnson must race against time, to solve a mystery and prevent war. However standing in their way is a terrorist organization that has plagued Irene and her kind for over two centuries. And in the end, Irene will discover one important person from her past. A person who could provide her with the answers she seeks, for Irene’s journey will be long and difficult. Creation, love, family, history, mysteries, war, hate, and technology are all a part of this new tale. One young woman’s quest to discover who she is, and what she can do to prevent the deaths of many.
Hello my name is Ashley Lee Hemmings Jr. I recently graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with a Bachelors of Science in Media Arts and Animation. I am now seeking an opportunity to work in the field of 2D or 3D Animation. I was born in Jamaica. When I was 13, I came to the United States to live with my mother. I graduated from high school in South Florida, then immediately enlisted in the Navy. I served in the United States Navy for four years, and achieved the rank of E4. For eight years, I have been employed part time at ArtServe, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale as a Program Aid. This experience has exposed me to many art forms, and I have met and worked with many artists. Working at ArtServe while attending the Art Institute gave me practical skills and enhanced my artistic viewpoint. Since 2012 last year I got into writing my sci-fi novel, and discovered that I enjoy the experience. I hope to produce more novels, and sell my work.
