Eugenia Uhl, photographer, is a native New Orleanian. Upon completing an advertising degree at Louisiana State University, she went on to Portfolio Center, a commercial art school in Atlanta. She began her career as a freelance photographer in 1989 in New Orleans where she has established a career as one of the areas top commercial photographers specializing in food, products and architectural interiors. Recent cookbook credits include Commander’s Kitchen, Galatoire's, Palace Café/Flavors of New Orleans, New Orleans Home Cooking and the Bywater Cookbook. Eugenia photographs have been featured in New Orleans Magazine, Southern Accents, Metropolitan Homes, GQ Magazine, Essence, Travel & Leisure and Vegetarian Times.
