Seoul in the mid 90s - pre Gangnam Style - was not one of Asia's most appealing cities. However, for a somewhat disenchanted but curious photographer wandering the streets there was an abundance of subject matter waiting to be snapped.
I've lived in various locations in Asia since the early 90s, and photographed fairly extensively in the region since before then. But last year we quit and returned to Europe. Few regrets so far other than the fact I can no longer afford to photograph with film and am less than excited about digital. Thus my pronouncement: The death of photography. RIP.
