This book was published for the COUSE FOUNDATION of Taos , NM to use as a planning tool for rehabilitation and restoration of the historic, E.I. Couse House and Studios and the Couse-Sharp Historic Site ; which is a National Trust for Historic Preservation Associate Site.
The National Trust provided partial funding for the research and publication of this book.
It also contains a very valuable text compiled by Ernest and Virginia Leavitt which documents in a scholorly manner , the history of the buildings and the site.
All rights for reproduction of the book are retained by the Couse Foundation. The cost of the book through Blurb includes a $ 10.00 donation to that Foundation.
Dale F Zinn was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico and graduated from New Mexico Military Insitute in 1967. He attended Tulane University School of Architecture and graduated in 1972. His current degree is Masters of Architecture. Dale Zinn was the founding partner of Architecture Planning Group in Santa Fe from 1979-1986 Sole Owner Dale F Zinn and Associates Architect 1986- to present.
