About the Book
This wonderful book of poems, proudly written by an amateur poet, is one for all to enjoy. A simple selection of poetry that will tug your heart strings or make you laugh with glee.
'Of all the things' is a book for all to share and one that is dedicated to the hard working doctors, nurses and paramedics that helped my family through its grief when we lost our mother unexpectedly in 2013 at the age of fifty-eight.
Please take time to read over 40 poems that are inscribed on these pages, and presented in a publication in respect of the staff of the Intensive Care Unit at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, where my mother spent her last precious hours.
