Eclipse 2008 From the Air
Germany, Total Solar Eclipse, Holland with visits to Hirschhorn, Rüdesheim, Rhine Valley, Saarland, Trier, Mosel Valley, Cochem, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Amsterdam, and the North Pole
by Bill and Denise Kramer
Our travels through western Germany with a round trip flight to the north pole to watch the total solar eclipse of 2008.
I've been chasing total solar eclipses since 1972 when I saw my first one out in the Atlantic Ocean on board the Olympia. The books created for Blurb are one of two types. Either travel logs with stories and pictures from our adventures to exotic and fun locations, or charts and maps for various eclipses.
