Christine Wendland is a suburban farmer and chef in rural New Jersey. After spending over a decade in veterinary medicine, she attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, graduating with honors. She has spent time working in restaurants in Philadelphia and New Jersey, as well as catering. Ms. Wendland is currently working on her second book, and plotting her extensive garden for next spring.
