About the Book
A photo journey of how to make real Grape Jelly. Handcrafted, sweet jellies make wonderful gifts! If there is a Mason Jar Lover (someone who cans or makes jams and jellies) in your life, this book is for them! Canning experience is a plus, but not absolutely needed, however, the photo book is not a complete instruction manual. If you haven't done preserves like this yet, add additional instructions for yourself. The grapes in this book were organically grown, on the Central Coast of Northern California.
Robin Griffith is a Food Writer and a Destination Specialist Travel Writer, whose background is in providing Administrative Partnership to the Executive Level. She lives to hit the road, exploring the sights, smells, tastes, people, places, sounds, highlights, and lowlights of travel and food adventures. When she is not out and about, Robin can be found making handcraft jams, participating with her local “Fire Tribe” community, or working on her numerous writing projects. Robin is a Grandmother, a Rock hound, a Soap Maker, a Public Speaker, a Volunteer, a Community Builder, and an Adventurous Traveler.
