In this book, I chose my favorite eight from more than 30 bridges. Most photos I took during February and March. During the winter, the whole park is peaceful. It allows me to appreciate more details of these bridges. And also, it’s also a good opportunity for me to learn more historical stories about the park and about these bridges in particular. Compared to lushness of the foliage in summer, these skeletal trees surrounding the bridges emit another peaceful elegant beauty. The text content of this book is combined from two books sharing the same name, Bridges of Central Park; one was written by Henry Hope Reed, Robert M. McGee, and Esther Mipaas in 1990, and the other by Jennifer C. Spiegler in 2006.
