This is a good Cook Book not because they included my Fish Curry Recipe from Jaipur but because of the sheer variety of recipes from all parts of the world and because all the recipes are tried and tasted and good.And because no restaurant can match the taste of food cooked in a home by a recipe handed down from one home maker to another.
