The Roosevelt Row District attracts tens of thousands of visitors to downtown Phoenix on a regular basis for First Fridays, events, and festivals. The emergence of the district and the organizations that help knit it together exemplify the best of local placemaking in one of America's biggest cities, Phoenix.
Roosevelt Row Arts District is a walkable, creative district in the urban core of downtown Phoenix that is nationally known for its arts and cultural events, award-winning restaurants, galleries, boutiques and live music. Roosevelt Row is fostering an urban renewal with rehabilitated bungalows and new infill projects. The Arts District connects downtown Phoenix to historic neighborhoods including Garfield, Evans Churchill, F.Q. Story, Historic Roosevelt, Oakland University Park and Grand Avenue.
