Roosevelt Row is fostering an urban renewal with rehabilitated bungalows and new infill projects. The Arts District connects downtown Phoenix to historic neighborhoods including Garfield, Evans Churchill, F.Q. Story, Historic Roosevelt, Oakland University Park and Grand Avenue.
