From end 2010 to 2013, I walked the streets of Paris with my smartphone in hand and took candid pictures of the legs of women who crossed my path.
I shot women in skirts, dresses, shorts, tights, stockings, heels, flats, boots, sandals, pumps, tennis shoes. In the streets, at parties, at work, in the subway, at cafés, in the sun, in the cold. Women walking, women standing up, sitting. Fronts, backs, profiles. Women of all ages. Of all types. Most of them unknown. Sometimes, friends. And in a few cases, celebrities.
I put these stolen photos on a daily basis on my blog at halloflegs.tumblr.com and had published 3,600 pictures after three years. Then I thought it was time to select the ones I preferred. That's how Parisian legs came.
