The Invincible Woman was created by performance coach (Belinda Wasowski) and clinical psychologist (Dr Libby Quinn) to help women become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. Belinda and Libby share the philosophy of living in a way that says 'I love my body and want to nourish it, challenge it and improve it'. They believe that far too many women live in a way that says 'I hate my body and want to restrict it, punish it and change it'. Belinda also provides performance coaching and wellness coaching to clients via her business Intensity Personal Training.
