A long-awaited selection of fifteen song-lyrics by unpopstar Stanley Bad, including classics like 'Rainbows' and recent reworkings of 'Light-bulb', 'Ashby-de-la-Zouch' and more, sure to delight any fan of whimsy, young or old.
Stanley Bad has been writing and recording songs since the late 80s (under the name Geoffrey Sick). In the early 90s he joined the "A Band" in Nottingham. One of several splinter-groups from this collective was a trio called Pineapple in which Stanley (as Geoffrey) played fretless bass and sang, and for which he wrote several songs. Upon moving back to London in '97, he reverted to the name Stanley Bad. He currently writes songs and plays keyboards and other miscellaneous instruments with Bad Moth, Bad Trout, Das Kosmische Bad, Divine Bran, Stanley Badys Ars Dubiosa, and SBAD (Stanley Bad's Adept Dabs).
