About the Book
This photobook is a record of our travels during the summer of 2008 through the Greek islands of Paros, Naxos and Santorini.
Paros offered horse riding through the surf of Naoussa, dune buggying along the coastal roads of Colimbythres and views of the traditional white painted houses in the narrow streets of Parikia.
Naxos greets the visitor with views of the temple of Apollo when arriving at the port, the southern beaches are ideal for kite surfing with their northerly winds and the ancient ruins that dot the landscape provide a fascinating view of ancient island life.
Santorini's whitewashed hotels balanced on the edge of the volcano's set the scene for an evenings sail across the caldera followed by an entertaining donkey ride back up the cliff.
Returning to Athens at the end of the journey provides excursions to some of the most famous sites of classical Greek architecture
