About the Book
As my gratitude goes to my ancestors who gave me my DNA and a fertile environment of mind and body which have permitted me to spread my wings into a new world physically, culturally and spiritually.
May my musings shed a light on my thoughts, interests and childhood memories. I look back on seventy-two years of which I spent fifty years in this country after I arrived as a twenty-three year old bride in 1963.
A collection of prose and poems by Inge Kessler.

About the Creator
Inge Kessler
Carmel, California, United States
Inge, born, raised and educated in Germany, has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for almost four decades. Her love for traveling is surpassed only by her pleasure at living in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The hills and mountains of Big Sur and Carmel Valley are as vital to her as breathing. An avid hiker and swimmer, she keeps her mind, body, and soul together by doing yoga and enjoying literature, music (she has never missed a Carmel Bach Festival), and the nearby presence of her daughter and two granddaughters, as well as the relationship she has with her son and two grandsons who live in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
