At the end of each service at Eagle Brook, the pastor asks if we are ready to accept Christ as of Savior. I always smile and think about the day and the moment I accepted Christ as my Savior. I was a sophomore at Waldorf back in 1969...I was sitting in morning chapel and you were speaking ~ it came to me like a bright light! I have never forgotten that moment and decided it was time to thank you for that moment. I loved listening to you and taking in every word you said - you had a way of keeping our attention and we found ourselves holding on to every word.
Now, I am 69 years old and I live in Shoreview, Minnesota. I was Ellen Arthur from Joice, Iowa - my brother is John Arthur and he lives in Coralville, Iowa.
I was trying to find an address for you but found your website instead. Hope this finds you and your wife in good health.
