I was running out of ways to cope with my personal challenges and became desperate for outlets. “Buddha’s Brain” by Rick Hanson became my first and best outlet. Although it takes years to fully digest Buddhist beliefs I have already made progress in accepting and becoming at peace with the changes in my life. The creations in this book represent our spiritual and obscure connection with nature. The body is presented as an abstract entity that merges itself with nature. After a series of images, a quote from the book is provided. "Energy" became an outlet in itself.
