About the Book
The Stories of the Land and Its People project is a year-long arts integration program between the Farnsworth Art Museum and local schools. This book represents the work of Rockland's South Elementary 4th Grade students for the SLIP 2014 Exhibition. Students connected poetry to photographs they took capturing fall harvest in Maine. Students were assisted by classroom teacher Ferolyn Curtis, Farnsworth Education Project Manager Andrea Curtis, and photographer Kelsey Floyd.
