It is the quintessential American trip: coast to coast, at a ripe young age, on a shoestring budget, and with no plans. We had the perfect vehicles, where we could feel the breeze in our faces and hear the rush of wind in our helmets. The days were long and hot, short and wet, and everything in between. We set out to discover what America was, what united us as a nation, and where we were heading in the future. We set out to find a common thread that connected us all. We set out to find Main Street. This is what we found.
