Being referred for Art Therapy can be a confusing and fear provoking time especially when you don't know what it is. Young people will naturally have many questions but may be embarrassed or nervous to voice their confusion. This book was written to try and answer some of the many questions children and young people may have.
Clairemarie Gardiner trained on the Goldsmiths University MA Course to become an Art Psychotherapist in 2014. She has worked with children and adolescents in art therapy sessions and has witnessed the positive impact Art Therapy can have on young people and their families. As a previous school educator she is an effective communicator with children and adolescents and passionate about working with them. All art included was created by Clairemarie while studying in London.
