A collection of my favourite recipes that I use all the time. There is a great amount of techniques that can be used in a number of ways. These recipes are not full dishes rather components for some one to make up there own dishes with.
I was born in South Africa but now live in UK. I have been working as a chef for 12 years. London, private chef in Switzerland/ Sardinia, yacht chef all over the world, Pacific, Indian ocean, Caribbean and all over the Med. I have traveled the world extensively and have learnt and seen so much. Everywhere I go I try to do a local cooking course, some work experience in restaurants and of course love to eat out. As well as the places mentioned above I have traveled to NY, California, Maldives, North Africa, India, Maldives, Thailand, Pacific Islands, New Zealand, Panama and all over Sothern Africa.
