Carscapes, the 4th volume in the Car Art Series, takes a look at some of the crazy and creative things that can be done with car images. Many of the images included are the result of playful experiments with photo editing software. In other instances, they are an attempt to capture a distinct mood or feeling. Some are attempts to use manipulated car photos to create something that looks nothing like the vehicle it was created from. Others are just abstracts, automotive details or photos of vehicles processed and presented in whimsical ways. This portfolio contains 101 different Carscapes in many different styles that push the limit of automotive image making.
I am a Colorado based photographer whose love for photography and cars started at a very early age. I have been photographing cars for over thirty years, traveling to car shows, salvage yards and practically anywhere else in order to see and photograph interesting vehicles of all types. I am available for car portrait sessions, magazine work and related projects. Most of the images in my books are available for sale as fine art prints. Please direct all inquiries to Dan@photoart101.com. Thank you for taking the time to look at my work.
