This is the story of Mama Bear and Papa Bear who live on the northern coast of California in an old Victorian house with Grandma and Grandpa. The Bears help Grandma and Grandpa get ready to celebrate Christmas. Papa Bear means well, but often finds himself in trouble. Mama Bear gently, and sometimes not so gently, gets him back in line. It is a story about love and forgiveness and the true meaning of Christmas.
My wife Martha and I live on the north coast of California near the Redwoods. She works closely with me on my books and co-authored our latest work, "The Bear Family at Christmas." I enjoy reading, photography, hiking and watching classic films. We have just finished restoring our 1899 Victornian home and are looking forward to traveling around the country.
