This cookbook contains 125 healthy, easy and versatile recipes. They may be done on the grill, stove top or oven. Although I do not use red meat, it can be substituted for ground turkey or ground pork in these recipes. Enjoy!
I have been cooking the meals for the Hendrick Motorsports drivers at the racetrack since the beginning of the 2007 NASCAR race season. I make them healthy and tasty meals that give them the nutrition they need to sustain them through the rigorous physical challenges of driving a race car for several hundred miles in extreme heat inside the racecar. I am thankful that they are not picky eaters and are all very gracious about what I do.
