portfolio of a personal chef
by Chef Rachael Perron
About the Book
"Favorites - Portfolio of a Personal Chef" is the author's response to her "airport question" - "What is your favorite food?" With 52 exceptional recipes, including Spaghetti Rigate Milanese with Olives, Capers and Lemon, Spicy Black Bean Cakes with Sour Cream and Frozen Peanut Butter Pie, the book is perfect for everyone who has ever wondered what it's like to have, or even just eat like, a personal chef.
A unique work of culinary and visual art, Ms. Perron's first published cookbook includes 90 remarkable original designs, many of which were inspired by her culinary experiences in Italy. This fantastic collection of graphic images, also titled "favorites", captures the artist's unique perspective with regards to the beauty in even the smallest details of her culinary life.
