Joseph Morris Webb holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois and a D.Min. from the Claremont School of Theology in California, where he also taught for several years. He has also taught at California State Universities at Northridge and San Bernardino, at Pepperdine University, and Southern Illinois University.
