About the Creator
Rosemary Davis is a photographer, nonfiction writer and poet. She has an AS degree from San Francisco City College in photography, an AA degree in filmmaking from Film in the Cities in St. Paul, a BS degree in Visual Communication from the U of MN, and an MFA degree in writing from Hamline University in St. Paul. She completed an internship with New Front Films, a fellowship with the Loft Writing Center, and is an award-winning travel writer. Davis coordinated a reading series during the past decade, which featured 50 writers. Her photographs have been exhibited in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis, St. Paul), Chicago, Door County, WI, and New York City. She worked in video and film production professionally for almost 30 years. Rosemary is also the author of a lyrical San Francisco memoir entitled "Before They Left Us." Her nonfiction and poetry have been published in literary journals, and the Mpls. Star Tribune. She enjoys appreciating architecture, making collages and gardening.
